• Unless stated in your custom quote, licenses are one-time payment, lifetime access to the purchased tier.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or leak licenses, binaries, or access without written permission.
• We may revoke access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Payment

• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only (CryptoBot, BTC, ETH, ETC, BNB, USDT TRC20/Base, TRX, TON, SOL).
• You must send the correct amount on the correct network. We are not liable for wrong coin, chain, or address.
• Orders are confirmed after blockchain verification within the 24-hour window shown on the status screen.
• Promo codes (UwURAT, WaveSouls2837, babijon, UwUPay) apply in cart only; we may change or revoke codes at any time. UwUPay is limited to first-time buyers per device/IP as described in FAQ.
• Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

4. Delivery

• Delivery means license files, credentials, links, or project files via your email or Telegram from checkout.
• Delivery follows payment confirmation, usually within the active verification period; no fixed SLA is guaranteed.
• Accurate contact details are your responsibility.
• Custom projects follow the agreed scope and timeline in your quote.

5. Refunds & cancellations

• Pending orders may be cancelled from the Orders tab.
• Refund requests within 14 days of payment confirmation via Orders, when available.
• After 14 days or after delivery, sales are generally final unless law requires otherwise.
• Approved refunds are processed in crypto; network fees may be deducted.

6. Acceptable use

• You are solely responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
• Do not use our products for unauthorized access, harassment, or illegal activity.
• We do not provide legal advice. Purchase and use at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer & liability

• Products are provided «as is» without warranty of uninterrupted service or third-party detection outcomes.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss from use of our software or site.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed product.
